These pages are dedicated to helping you move on after a divorce, separation, or breakup, finding the inner resources and peace to transform your life and find a gratifying, fulfilling new direction.

I have been through a divorce myself, and it was no picnic. However, I ultimately came out a much stronger, more centered, and more fulfilled individual, and I wish the same for everyone going through divorce or the end of a significant relationship.

In my work with clients, I combine the insight I gained from this personal chapter of my life with my professional experiences as a psychotherapist, meditation instructor, and career counselor to offer a personalized approach to post-divorce and end-of-relationship transition.

If you feel that you need help gaining some direction and clarity about how to move on with your life after your divorce or breakup, please visit my Life Transition Counseling page.
